Kerry and Anthony | Adelaide Wedding Photographer

Kerry and Anthony’s special day was a truly beautiful wedding to end our season ♥

Along the way of planning and preparation, these two lovely people announced some SUPER exciting news they were to become a family and are expecting twins!! I’m so so happy for them!
With their family and closest friends they celebrated the pure love they have for each other and we were honoured to be a part of their wonderful wedding day.

Congratulations Kerry and Anthony and we also wish you a safe and happy journey into the world of parenting.

Chris + Sonia | Clare Valley Wedding

March 29, 2013

If I could reach up and hold a star for every time you’ve made me smile,
the entire evening sky would be in the palm of my hand ~ Anon

I loved watching these two best friends join their hearts in marriage. It was a fun filled perfect day in Clare Valley, SA. The entire wedding party prepared themselves for this celebration at the  luxurious B&B accommodation at the  Old Stanley Grammar.  The girls were upstairs and the guys downstairs…no sneak peeks of the Bride for the Groom;)

Chris and Sonia’s Ceremony and Reception were both held at the award winning  O’Leary Walker. Their grand entrance to their announcement as Husband and Wife was THE best I have ever seen!! The photo’s don’t quite do it justice and capture the entire performance but I’ve added a few to give you some idea hehe.  The very talented Tim and Matt from “The One” will be contacting me very soon with a video link for you all to see this…please stay tuned!!

Wedding days are always fun and run smoothly with the continuing help of my best friend and talented photographer Sandy Woodward of Memory Bank Photography and a BIG thank you to Nicole who was our super awesome and hard working assistant on the day ♥

Eight wonderful years these two sweethearts have been together and in less than a few weeks they will be celebrating their love and friendship on their wedding day with the lucky ones who share their hearts.
I was tickled pink to spend the day with Sonia and Chris as they showed me around the lovely Clare Valley, SA in preparation for their special day. It was a super hot day but we managed to find some shade and I got the chance to get to know these two gorgeous people just that little bit more…

she calls him Turbo
when she was a little girl she wanted to be the E-News host
she confessed to buying two pairs of wedding shoes! hehehe

he’s in love with her kind hearted nature
when he was a little boy he wanted to be a Basketball player
he thinks if she was an icecream…she would be strawberry pink flavour ♥

Chris and Sonia’s favorite memory together is of their engagement day

…and my favourite is when Sonia said
“I can’t wait for us to be our own little family”

I feel so lucky to be their friend and photographer and to witness these two say “I DO!”

Something that brightened my day | Weddings

Skye & Chris | Adelaide Hills Wedding

Skye and I have been friends for a few years now. We met via the wedding industry and she’s my hairdresser!! hehe

When Skye told me she had reconnected with this hot hunky friend of hers from the past who was originally from Adelaide but living in Melbourne, I was pretty excited for her. She showed me some photos of her man Chris and went on to tell me how head over heels in love they are, it was so cute. Not only did Chris have her heart in his hands he had won over Skye’s son, Liam and they quickly and easily became best buddies.

When Skye and Chris asked me to photograph their wedding I was SOOOOOOO happy and super excited! I was straight onto the phone to my partner in crime, the very talented Miss Sandy and told her to keep that date free for this wedding because it was going to be EPIC! and as expected it was….

Saturday, 8th December 2012
Skye and Chris were married with their gorgeous lil guy Liam walking his Mum down the path and handing her over to a very special guy who loves the two of them with all his heart. There was not a dry eye to be seen as we witnessed the love they all share for each other and the strong family connection they have.

Their Ceremony and Reception was held at Skye’s sisters house in Balhannah, located in the stunning Adelaide Hills. Megan and Paul have built their dream home themselves, and together they all put in months and months of hard work to create the beautiful setting for the wedding and that’s exactly what it was…So beautiful.

Chris had some pretty darn amazing locations up his sleeve for us to go to and we were given full creative licence. We could not contain our excitement!
The effort and planning these two put into their wedding day made it very special and it shows in the photos, it’s like a magazine wedding with two super hot models!! hehe
